Freelance Writing & Copywriting - As a freelance writer and copywriter, I would write, publish, proofread and edit your business content {blog posts, newsletters, company articles, etc.}, as well as even market your business, whether it's through e-mail, or through advertisements on phone apps. Me partnering with you under this service is all based on your target audience.
IT Customer Support - For this service, I will be handling customer's tickets or cases about their PC (personal computer) problems through communication {e-mail, live chat, phone calls or other}, identify and investigate hardware and software problems, advise customers through a step-by-step process on how to troubleshoot (solve) the problems, and then follow-up with customers to see if their problems are resolved.
Data Entry - I'll be researching, recording, inputting, and updating data from numerous sources onto a database under this service. What I could do is find and enter data into database software (mainly Microsoft Office Excel), then create a duplicate of documents in case of an accident. Like me as a freelance writer and copywriter, I will - in addition - proofread and correct [database] information so I can make sure it's up to date and genuine.
Spam Removal (Limited Time Service) - Whether you can't bear to afford third party spam filter clients or have your hands full trying to clear out spam, I will personally help out investigating spam and clearing it out myself. I do not claim to be an antispam and antivirus expert or a moderator, but erasing spam when I see it will be my specialty.

Product Testing (Limited Time Service) - I will test out company products such as apps, electronics, kitchen appliances (e.g. air fryers), and websites with detailed, honest reviews. The reviews will be either posted on your site or posted on this site here in an upcoming review section. Note that you'll have to send your product to me for free in order for it to be reviewed.

Virtual Event Planning - For this service, I'll be arranging schedules and specific events inside each virtual event, setting up tech and hosting, plus be able to handle technical issues that'll happen that will occur for the virtual event's duration.
Rates for Services
Freelance Writing & Copywriting - $0.03 to $0.06 per word.
IT Customer Support - $13 and $14 per hour.
Data Entry - $11 to 28 per hour.
Spam Removal (Limited Time Service) - $15 per hour.
Product Testing (Limited Time Service) - $13 to 20 per hour.
Virtual Event Planning - $10 to $30 per hour.
