iFixIt Computer Guides
The images I've added on the left are samples of the 51 computer repair guides I posted on iFixIt.com. The process of creating the guides is searching up the real manuals from external sites based on computer model. What I would do next is search up the parts of each computer model, and screen-shot the pictures based on the steps given for each computer part. Finally, I would copy-and-paste the steps given from each manual and put them on each guide on iFixIt.
The role I played on my team was a Civic Technician Intern. What I would do with my manager and co-interns is that I would contact customers [through phone or e-mail chat] based on their problems they would have with their computer or fitness watch. We would then ask customers to be patient while we follow up with them about giving them solutions. We post our solution based on what we've posted in our articles online or through scripted calls respectively. The guides me and my co-interns posted has helped thousands of people nationwide to fix their own computer based on the model provided.
