Other Fees:

• Purchasing fee: any items I purchase for you through my contacts, online or in store. This fee is 10-15% depending on the scope of what is being purchased.

• Installation fee: for assembling and installing furniture, fixtures and accessories within the space. This fee is 25%.

• Travel fee: for additional trips to the jobsite outside of the initial meeting. This fee is the standard rate of 59 cents per mile for business miles driven.
