GSRTC App provides its service to you subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.In addition, when using particular GSRTC owned or operated services, you and app shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time.the Services in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations.

Please note that your use of this app in any way signifies your Acceptance to the TERMS. By agreeing to these Terms, You also agree to app's Privacy policy.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GSRTC App provides to check the buses status that run from Gujarat roadways affiliate depots. You can check all the available buses from your start to your end destinations.You can check the route details of a particular bus.You can also check the fare details of the bus running from start destination to your end destination. This app is an aggregator for online bus ticketing inventory. It enables travelers to book bus tickets online right from the comfort of their home or office by providing them with choice of bus operators, departure times and prices.This app does not own or operate any bus services on its own.

The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. Buses may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams etc. However, the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket. This app is completely free for Gujarati People and give facilities to check all the available buses from your start to your end destinations and book your bus tickets.

GSRTC APP NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPE OF THIS SERVICE:

- The bus not departing / reaching on time

- The gsrtc canceling the trip due to unavoidable reasons

- Any Bus breakdowns, service cancellations and accidents

- Booking a valid bus ticket

- Providing voice/email support for any ticket booking/cancellation/refundBooking a valid bus ticket

- The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged

- The gsrtc changing a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / child

- Providing customer support and information in case of any delays / inconvenience

- Gsrtc changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point

BOOKING AND FAILUR TRANSACTIONS

If E-ticket is not generated and payment is deducted from users account then first he should be check "View E-Ticket Booking History" in his user account. Bus booking transaction might fail for several reasons and your account/card might be debited without generating a ticket. If the amount is deducted from your account/card, we request you to call gsrtc customer care number to re-confirm the failed transaction before proceeding with a fresh transaction and ticket is not save there then after application should be made at "E-TICKET CONTACT ADDRESS AND E-MAIL ID" tab for E-ticket Refund.
