Not currently, but we are considering possible ways that being could be implemented.

Unique keycards only available to residents are needed to access the garage and the homes. There will be a security guard at the main entrance as well. There are exits on the outside of the building for every floor in case there needs to be an evacuation. We are working on implementing ramps on the outside as well for ADA evacuation.
How will sound travel between homes?

The energy insulating wall and roof design as well as sound insulating materials between homes should mute any reasonable amount of noise from your neighbors.

Yes. Dorm Studios have a shared 'group' laundry available to them. All other homes have in-house laundry hookups and there is a community laundry space on the first floor for the whole building for those who prefer that.

How will I get to my home from the parking garage?
There are elevators and stairs on the inside of the complex that, in combination with the halls and 'sidewalks', can access any part if the building with ease.
