Indoor Parking

Underneath the complex is a single floor parking structure. There are elevators and stairs at regular intervals to access the above floors. This is included in the rent and is free for all.

Indoor Pool

On the first floor, there is an indoor pool that is accessible free of charge to residents around the clock. Life guards will only be on duty during the day, but residents can sign up for a night slot at their own risk.

Office Spaces

There are a series of offices available for rent to residents on the second floor of the complex. The rooms can be leased on a daily or monthly basis, however there is limited amount of spaces so residents are advised to think ahead when checking out a room.

Conference Room

On the first floor, there is a large conference room available for rent to residents on an hourly basis.
