Order of Service

Notice about the use of our church buildings during lockdown.

Given that we will be in lockdown as from Thursday the 5th of November 2020 the Sunday services at St Peter's will no longer take place beginning with Sunday the 8th of November. Instead St Peter's will be open for private prayer on Sundays (10:00 - 16:00) only. Henham and Elsenham continue to be open for private prayer only. No Sunday services for any of our churches will take place until further notice.

Present restrictions allow for the churches to be used for funerals (max of 30 people attending) but marriages are allowed only in exceptional circumstances. To date (1st November 2020) there is no guidance with regards to baptisms. Please contact either the vicar or the church administrator directly if you would like to request a funeral or talk about a marriage service.
