Certain HERsuit features may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's payment and billing terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date.
Prices may change in accordance with Apple's subscription policies.
HERsuit may offer free trial periods for eligible users.
At the conclusion of a free trial, the applicable subscription fee will be charged through Apple unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Eligibility for free trials is determined by Apple and HERsuit.
HERsuit, HERa, logos, branding, software, designs, and related materials are the property of HERsuit LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant ownership rights in any HERsuit intellectual property.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
HERsuit may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Features may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.
HERsuit provides fashion recommendations and styling suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes.
Outfit recommendations are generated using user-provided information and styling algorithms.
HERsuit does not guarantee any specific fashion, professional, social, or commercial outcome from the use of its recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HERsuit LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of HERsuit.
Your use of HERsuit is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate access to HERsuit if these Terms are violated or if continued access would create legal, technical, or security concerns.
Users may stop using HERsuit at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will become effective upon posting.
Continued use of HERsuit after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
