When using HERsuit, you may voluntarily provide:

Closet item information

Favorite brands
Personal style profile information
Saved outfits
Saved collections
Event planning information
Personal tailor measurements (if entered)
Photos you choose to use with features such as See My Fit / The Fitting Room
This information is used to provide HERsuit features, personalize your experience, and improve styling recommendations.
HERsuit allows users to upload photographs of clothing, fashion items, and, for certain optional features, photographs of themselves.
Photos and user-provided content may be used for:
Closet management
Outfit generation
Style recommendations
Collection organization
Virtual outfit visualization
AI-powered fitting room features
Other user-selected HERsuit features
Users retain ownership of all photos and content they provide.
HERsuit does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content.
HERsuit provides an optional AI-powered See My Fit / Fitting Room feature that allows users to select or upload a photograph of themselves and visualize clothing from their HERsuit closet or saved outfits.
When you choose to generate an AI fitting room image, the photograph you select, relevant clothing images, and information necessary to perform the requested generation are transmitted securely to HERsuit's backend services and an artificial intelligence service provider for processing.
HERsuit currently uses FASHN AI as a third-party artificial intelligence service provider to process virtual try-on requests. FASHN AI receives the images and information necessary to generate the requested virtual try-on result.
HERsuit uses this information only as necessary to provide the AI fitting room feature and does not use your fitting room photograph for advertising.
Your selected body photograph is not automatically saved to your HERsuit closet or profile by the See My Fit feature. Generated fitting room images are not automatically saved by HERsuit unless a feature specifically allows you to choose to save them.
AI-generated fitting room images are simulations and may not perfectly represent the actual appearance, size, fit, color, proportions, or positioning of clothing in real life.
HERsuit uses Firebase Analytics to better understand how users interact with the application.
Analytics data may include:
App opens
Session activity
Feature usage
Button interactions
Device information
General geographic region, such as city, state, or country
App performance metrics
Analytics information is used to:
Improve user experience
Improve HERa recommendations and features
Identify technical issues
Measure feature effectiveness
HERsuit does not intentionally send the contents of user photos, authentication tokens, or AI-generated image data to Firebase Analytics.
Analytics data is collected in aggregate form whenever possible.
HERsuit offers subscription-based services through Apple's App Store.
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple.
HERsuit does not directly collect or store:
Credit card numbers
Payment card information
Apple billing credentials
Payment transactions are managed by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.
HERsuit may send push notifications related to:
Product updates
Feature announcements

Service-related information
Users may disable notifications at any time through their device settings.

Certain information may be transmitted temporarily to service providers when necessary to complete a user-requested feature, such as an AI virtual try-on.
While HERsuit strives to protect user information, no method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
HERsuit utilizes third-party services that may process information as necessary to provide their respective functionality. These services may include:

For AI virtual try-on requests, FASHN AI processes images submitted as part of the user's request to generate the requested result.
Third-party providers process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and agreements with HERsuit where applicable.
HERsuit retains information only as necessary to provide its services, operate the application, meet legitimate business needs, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Photos selected specifically for the See My Fit / Fitting Room feature are transmitted for processing when the user requests an AI generation. HERsuit does not automatically add the selected body photograph to the user's closet or profile.
Third-party service providers may temporarily process or retain information according to their service requirements and applicable policies.
Users should not upload photographs or content they do not own or have permission to use.
Users may:
Delete clothing items
Modify closet information
Update preferences
Disable notifications
Choose whether to use optional AI fitting room features
Cancel subscriptions through Apple
Users may also contact HERsuit regarding questions or requests concerning their information.
HERsuit is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If HERsuit becomes aware that personal information from a child has been collected in a manner inconsistent with applicable legal requirements, HERsuit will take appropriate steps to address the information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to HERsuit features, technology, service providers, or legal requirements.
Changes will become effective upon posting the updated version through HERsuit or the HERsuit website.
Continued use of HERsuit after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
