Fee Schedule

On-going monthly fees will be billed at the greater of 1, 2, or 3 below and Transactions Services when provided:

1. Minimum Monthly Administration Fee 

• $450.00 per month

-OR-

2. Sum of Fiduciary Services billed per hour per month

• • Licensed Professional Fiduciary - Eric A. Hersh $250.00 per hour

  • Fiduciary Program Manager (BCH) - $200.00 per hour

  • Fiduciary Program Manager (SMH) - $200.00 per hour

  • Fiduciary Accountant  (FLP) - $190.00 per hour

  • Fiduciary Assistant  (BCH, KMH) - $160.00 per hour

-OR-

3. Percentage of Assets

• 1/12 of .75% (.0075) of the first $1,000,000 of the gross market value, plus 1/12 of .5% (.005) of the next $1,000,000 of the gross market value, and 1/12 of .25% (.0025) of the gross market value over $2,000,000.

-AND-

Transaction Services (if applicable) 

• Billed at a rate of 1% (.01) of the transaction.  Such as real or personal property sales or leases, financing or foreclosure of real or personal property, sale of or collection of significant non-securities assets, negotiations for litigation settlement, complex titling issues, and litigation or audits connected with tax.

Notes: 

• • Unless Court monitored, fees are invoiced monthly and paid from client funds. 

  • The above rates may be adjusted from time to time with a 60-day notice to clients. 

  • With the exception of matters requiring court approval of fees, payments are due within 30 days of receipt of invoice.  Outstanding balances will be subject to a 1% per month (12% per year) late fee.

  • In the capacity(s) we will be retained to serve, we may be required to engage the services of an independent attorney or other professionals to assist us and are cost borne directly by the Trust, Conservatorship, Estate, Client, Corporation or other Legal Entity.  These fees, costs and expense are not part of this firm’s compensation and will be passed on at cost.
