Since 2005, Eric A. Hersh, Principal of Hersh & Associates, has been managing and administering trusts, probates, estates, conservatorships and decedents' estates. His experiences include the safe- guard, inventory and appraisal of assets; reviews of personal care and living conditions; budget and cash flow; current contracts; financial planning and investment management; and court required deliverables. Eric is supported by his staff and a network of qualified, trusted providers that can be utilized when appropriate to effectively and efficiently support a client's needs and administer a trust or estate.

Eric is California Licensed Professional Fiduciary #191. He has a B.S. degree from California State University-Chico and a Certificate in Professional Fiduciary Management for Trustees from Cal State University Fullerton.  Eric is a past-President of the Professional Fiduciaries Association of California (PFAC), Silicon Valley Chapter and is a non-attorney member of the Santa Clara County Estate Planning Council and Silicon Valley Bar Association.

Eric's past employment included a mentorship with Dragomir Fiduciary Services, Inc. administering conservatorships, probates and trusts for grantors and beneficiaries. He was a Certified Long-Term Care Ombudsman per the mandate of the Federal Older American's Act and the California State Older Califor- nian's Act. Eric was a Senior Manager in the high-tech industry and managed project budgets to ensure the most efficient use of funds was balanced with the proper resources to achieve a high standard of quality. Additionally, Eric's 12 years as a program manager solidified his abilities to effectively collaborate with different people in difficult situations to achieve common goals and ensure nothing 'falls-through-the-cracks' along the way.
