If you are inviting a non-Hersey student to the dance, you and your guest must download and complete a guest application through Infinite Campus (coming soon).

IMPORTANT: The completed guest application (coming soon) must be submitted online with all necessary information and approved before purchasing a ticket. 

Tickets cannot be purchased after Friday, April 10th. If you are bringing a non-Hersey guest, the guest form must be submitted and approved by the Deans' Office by Tuesday, April 7th.  If this form is not submitted and approved, the non-Hersey student will not be able to attend Prom. 

You may only bring one guest to the dance.

A guest must be between 9th grade and 20-years old.  All non-Hersey guests will be required to present a valid ID to enter the dance.

Non-Hersey guests must abide by all the rules and expectations as they apply to John Hersey High School students.  A Hersey student who brings a guest to the dance will be responsible to make sure that the guest follows all Hersey and District 214 rules regarding conduct at the dance.
