How did this initiative start?

This was an idea that came to one of the founders, when pondering on why certain roles and titles, professions in the working world get more recognized than others, and how only a few people get the spotlight.. Why not the so many countless people who do their jobs, do more than their asked, lend a hand, and keep the wheels of the world going?

How do you define a Hero?

Your Hero, is our Hero. Each person has a different definition. As this initiative takes on a life of it's own, certain lines around definition will come into being, as part of it's evolution and feedback from the audience, that we hope it will garner.

Why are you doing this?

Because the world always merits a dose of positivity, creativity, joy and justice. We hope this sparks joy and happiness for people!
