It’s Back!

The Craft and Vendor Show
Saturday, September 24, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

As a past participant, you are invited to submit your intent to become part of this annual event.

This year the Craft and Vendor Show will be the main feature of the Smithsonian National Museum Day Celebration. In addition to the usual fall attractions throughout the day, the buildings will be open free to the public from 1:00 – 4:00 PM for self-guided tours. Last year over 100 visitors came to the Museum from all parts of New York State using the free passes given out on line by the Smithsonian. Combining these events will greatly increase the number of people visiting the Museum and attending the Craft and Vendor Show which will be a win-win situation for everyone.

Even though we expect the pandemic will be behind us, we will not be sending out a call for vendors until June. By then we will have a better handle on what guidelines the CDC may have in place for the future and eliminate the need to return registration fees if there is a problem.

If you are interested in being part of the fall event, mark your calendar now and reply to this email stating your preference for an indoor or outdoor space. You will then be given priority when a completed registration form and payment have been received in June. The registration fee ($30) and space size will be the same as in previous years.

This reply of intent does not confirm your participation, but gives you a chance to have first choice of spaces once registration forms and fees are received after the June mailing goes out. All responses stating location preferences must be received by May 15, 2022 to be considered.

I hope you and you families have all stayed well, happy and prosperous during these difficult past two years and that you will be able to join us in 2022.
