These photographs document bookbinder Don Taylor’s conservation work on damaged volumes from the Robertson Davies Library at Massey College. Bandages secure repaired bindings as they set, while silicone release papers prevent adhesive seepage. When replacing damaged covers, Don carefully selects materials that match the originals in colour and texture, preserving each book’s structural integrity and appearance.
