Healthy Habits and Activities Posts (HHAP Youth): This teen-led blog wants to inspire teens to start building healthy habits that can long-term improve their mental health and happiness. The bloggers share habits they recommend along with plans of how to incorporate them into your own schedule!
The Be Happy Project (@thebehappyproject): One of the biggest mental-health dedicated Instagram accounts tries to promote mental soundness by featuring quotes of positivity almost every day.
The Mixed Emotions Project (@themixedemotionsproject): Our very own blogger Ilana Rubenstein runs a mental health Instagram account that posts positivity and tries to educate about specific health issues
National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA): NEDA is the non-profit organization that provides education to eating disorders, has volunteers to talk through those struggling with ED's and is a great tool when finding professional help
Fight Through Mental Health (@fightthroughmentalhealth): this awesome Instagram page is an overarching account that discusses all things mental health, they also have a tiktok
