Hello,
I appreciate you visited Here To Help. My name is Mason Levitt, I founded this organization in October of 2020, and since then its purpose has evolved. After COVID, mental health care in high school has grown to be more normalized, and myself and the rest of the team has graduated. That being said, the mission to improve mental health access and free support doesn't stop. I've since switched to advocacy on my college campus, and have started engaging in research on workplace mental health.
We no longer respond to inquiries on the "Talk To Us!" portion of the site, but you can still access the past responses, read articles from the team, and utilize the resources on the site. Thank you for visiting, and remember that you are not alone in this journey.
Best,
Mason Levitt
Our founding goal was to provide anonymous support and try and help you when you're going through rough times. It's important to talk to people about what's going on in your life. We post the responses so if you don't know how to ask a question you can see the advice that we give to other people's situations. You're not alone, people are going through difficulties too and as a community, we can support each other.
Hi! I'm Taylor, I'm currently a senior in high school. This website has been my dream, so thank you. Growing up, I always knew I wanted to help people and provide a community where mental health has no stigma. I've been through many ups and downs and know what it's like to struggle. I want to help support you so you know you're not alone and prove that vulnerability is strength.
I was a member of Here To Help from the beginning, helped brainstorm and found the website, wrote a blog talking about my mental health experiences and self love, and was one of the original responders as well. Now I am honored to serve as the Director and continue expanding Here To Help in new ways!
Hi! I'm Mason, a college student who loves to listen to music and spend time with friends! I am proudly the founder of Here To Help Mental Health Services. We want teen mental health to be a more discussed issue. I developed the website, curated the blogs, added to the resources page, helped with the anonymous responses, and managed the team.
This has been a dream come true, so I appreciate you all for taking the time to be a part of it. If you're interested in joining the Here To Help team please go to the "Join Us" tab.
Hi! My name is Ilana Rubenstein and I am currently a junior at West Essex High School. I am passionate about mental health because it is a priority at every stage in life, from childhood through adulthood. I have always been outspoken about my own struggles.
Hey! I'm Vivian, a junior in highschool and I love to tumble, cheer, and play lacrosse! I have been through a lot during the past few years and I'm here to give you advice and show you that you have many people in your corner.
Hi! My name is Gabby and I am a junior at Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School. I struggle with my mental health everyday and nothing makes me feel better than being there for other people when I cannot necessarily be there for myself.
