합성된 고분산 안정성의 콜로이드 나노입자를 기반으로 다양한 용액 코팅 공정을 통해 박막을 제작합니다. 대표적으로 스핀코팅, 잉크젯 프린팅, 스프레이 코팅, 블레이드 코팅, 반도체 패터닝 등을 적용하고, 공정 조건을 통해 박막의 두께와 구조를 정밀하게 제어합니다. 상온 용액 공정을 통해 유연 기판에 적용하고, 기능성을 지닌 박막 개발을 목표로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.

We fabricate thin films using a range of solution coating processes enabled by highly stable colloids. Representative techniques include spin coating, inkjet printing, spray coating, and blade coating, enabling precise control over film thickness and structure by tuning the processing conditions. It can also be applied to flexible substrates, maintaining a stable and robust thin-film form factor even under external mechanical stress.
