All food will be vegetarian or dairy (no meat, pork, or shellfish). Shouk will be providing kosher, vegan food, and we will also have vegetarian sushi, pizza, soft pretzels, a salad bar, and desserts (not provided by kosher vendors but all vegetarian). There will be gluten-free options with the salad bar, sushi and some of the Shouk items. If you have additional dietary or allergy restrictions that we can accommodate, please contact Sarah and Mark directly.
