What is the HEA?

We are FOR you, BY you. We are your colleagues working together as one, not a third party agency, business, or service.

We are ALL educators. We are bus drivers, school nutrition workers, instructional assistants, support staff, engineers, custodians, teachers, office clerks, and every other hardworking HCPS employee.

We work diligently and collectively to improve student and educator experiences in and out of the classroom.

We battle to protect our members when their rights are violated. 

We advocate for change with the school board and HCPS Superintendent Dr. Amy Cashwell.
