Fees, Payment Plan, & Scholarships
Camp Fee
The cost of camp is $365 this includes meals and lodging for five days and four nights, evening programs, instructional class materials, as well as a camp t-shirt. Transportation is NOT provided.
Payment may be made by check or money order only and should be made payable to “Henrico 4-H Fund.”

In the event your check is returned unpaid, an additional service charge of $50.00 will be added to your amount due for the processing of the returned item as allowed by the Code of Virginia and the Code of Henrico County.
Payment Plan
A Payment Plan is available. A deposit of $$125 deposit is due within two weeks of completing the registration form.
An additional $120 payment is due by May 16th, and the last $120 payment is due June 19th.

Financial Scholarship
Some Scholarship Assistance is available. Participants are still responsible for the $125 deposit.
Cancelation and Refund Policy
* Any cancellations made prior to June1, 2024 will result in a refund of payments made minus a processing fee of 6% of the $125 deposit. ($125 - $7.50 = $117.50 refunded)
** Any cancellations made after June 1, 2024 and before July 1, 2024 will result in a refund of all but the $125 deposit
*** Any cancellations made after July 1, 2024, WILL NOT be refunded unless accompanied by a letter from a physician or a documented family emergency. (In the case of a documented reason, all but the $125 deposit will be refunded.)
