For users without internet access, phone verification provides a quick automated solution.
Locate the verification sticker attached to the front of your new physical card.
Call the toll-free number listed on the sticker, or dial the primary Chase verification phone number.
Follow the automated audio instructions to input your card number.
Confirm your identity using the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) or account PIN.
If your Chase card verification attempt is unsuccessful, review these troubleshooting steps:
Missing sticker: Call the phone number printed directly on the back of your card.
Security lock: If Chase flags your activation due to identity checks, contact Chase customer support to speak with a representative.
Authorized users: Primary account holders must verify their main card before authorized user cards can be activated.
