Creating a new playlist from scratch can take time. First you have to think of the songs you want to add then search for the titles and manually add them to the playlist you just created.
So instead of trying to quickly tap as many songs as possible, just ask your Echo to do everything for you.
Start by setting up a named playlist - just say, "Alexa, create a new playlist." after which you'll need to come up with a name for the playlist, something like "Favourite Rock Songs of the '60s."
To add a song to the playlist it needs to be playing on your smart speaker first. So if you want to add Weezer's "Say It Ain't So" to your playlist, you'll need to request Alexa to play it first and then say, "Alexa, add this song to my playlist."
Once your playlist is complete and you're ready to listen to it, just say, "Alexa, play [name of playlist]."
If you're ever worried about the security of your home when no one is home you can turn on Alexa Guard before leaving.
Just say "Alexa, I'm leaving" and the voice assistant will start listening for signs of a break-in, like glass breaking.
If it hears anything suspicious, it will send you an alert so you can decide whether to contact authorities to check it out.
When you arrive back home, you can say "Alexa, I'm home" and it'll stop listening for noises.

Alexa will now explain why she did what she did after being asked:
"Alexa, why did you do that?"
"Alexa, what just happened?"
“Alexa, what did you do?"
“Alexa, why did you say that”
“Alexa, why did you talk?”
“Alexa, why did you turn on?”
After some concerns over privacy, Amazon is now trying to make it more simple for owners to have complete control over these connected gadgets.
This means customers who opt in to the “delete by voice” feature in the Alexa app (Settings > Alexa Data Privacy) have the option to delete voice recordings by simply requesting, "Alexa, delete everything I said today" or "Alexa, delete everything I just said".
