Kurz gesagt: LiedLotse sammelt keine persönlichen Daten.
2. Datensicherung in iCloud Drive
Privacy Policy for the app “LiedLotse”

In short: LiedLotse does not collect any personal data. There is no user account, no advertising, no analytics or tracking, and no server operated by us. Everything you create in the app stays on your devices.
1. Data on your device
Your songs, lyrics, music and sheet-music files, notes, rubrics, playlist and gig lists are stored only locally on your iPad or iPhone. We have no access to them.
2. Backup to iCloud Drive
If you use “Back up data”, the app saves a backup in your own iCloud Drive (folder “LiedLotse”) or in another place you choose, e.g. a USB stick. Apple’s privacy policy applies to iCloud. We do not receive any data.
3. Syncing devices
“Sync devices” transfers your songs directly between your own devices over the local network (Wi‑Fi), without internet and without any server. iOS asks once for local network access. A device is only connected after you explicitly allow it.
4. Apple Watch and Bluetooth
So that the Apple Watch can start and stop songs, your own devices (Watch, iPhone, iPad) connect directly with each other – via Apple’s Watch connection, the local network or Bluetooth. Only commands such as “Play” and “Stop” and the title of the loaded song are sent, and only between devices you have allowed yourself. iOS asks once for Bluetooth access. A connection log stays on your device until you delete or share it yourself.
5. Music library (break music)
If you take over bought tracks from your Music library as break music, iOS asks once for permission. The app then reads only the tracks you choose and copies them into the app. Nothing is transmitted.
6. Files from other folders and apps
When taking over songs, the app only reads the files in the folder you choose yourself and copies them into the app. If you share a file from another app to LiedLotse (e.g. from Mail or Files), only that file is copied into the app. Nothing in the folder or the original file is changed, and nothing is transmitted.
Ratings: After a few gigs, LiedLotse may ask you for a rating using Apple's rating window. The rating goes directly to Apple's App Store; LiedLotse learns nothing about it.
7. GEMA list and performance report
These files are created on your device. Your own GEMA details (name, address, band) are stored only on the device. The files are only passed on if you share them yourself (e.g. by e-mail to the organizer or by uploading them in the GEMA portal).
8. Trial and full version
The trial and the purchase are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. The app remembers the start of the trial on your device. We do not receive any payment or account data. Apple’s terms and privacy policy apply.
9. Contact by e-mail
If you write to us, we use your e-mail address and message only to answer your request and do not pass them on.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As we do not store any of your data, this usually only concerns e-mails you have sent us.
11. Changes
If the app changes in a way that requires this policy to be updated, the new version will be published on this page.
