Co-owner 1 will overly see marketing and advertisement, co-owner 2 is going to watch inventory and customer service. General manager will be the one to train and oversee the employees, shift lead will organize each task and be making the daily decisions for each employee.

Human Resources:
We are looking for 10-12 employees to start. Our cafe is looking for employees to be commited and be able to express their mind and ideas to us. We are looking for workers who have at least 2 years of experience with food and customer service, and for shift leads that have finished training in culinary and know how to communicate to their fellow employees.
