Our Mission Statement:
Hello Kitty and Friends Cafe's mission is to bring absolute joy to those who love hello kitty and protect our environment, to be a store that will donate to charity and our customers help us by donating as well. Hello kitty and Friends Cafe is to make friends with everyone, not be a "regular customer".
We offer a lot of different flavors of hello kitty, we also do jelly filled donuts.
We offer salads in case anyone does not want to have some of our sandwiches or anything we have that is meat related.
We offer coffee, tea, soda, and other beverages. We constantly make new beverages and offer seasonal beverages and pastries.
We offer door dash; our app will be on door dash for our customers to be able to get what they want online and get their food to their door.
Major Competitors
Starbucks is worldwide known, most countries have at least a Starbucks and their drinks are amazing. However, their vast varieties of drinks are difficult to pick, and there's more drinks than there is food.
The Flying Horse Cafe is described as a good atmosphere and has a good vibe in general. However though, they're prices are high rather than low like other coffee shops.
Otto's Coffee and Fine Foods has a nice atmosphere and good quality food/drinks. However, they have very limited parking, other coffee shops would usually have enough space for parking.
Short-Term Goal:
We want to be able to support our employees and customers by offering new products and offer our employees benefits.
Long-Term Goal:
We would like to expand our business to serve multiple locations for customers and expand our community wider.
