b) Location Information (Very Important)

The app collects precise location data (Latitude & Longitude) to support official field work.

We collect location in the following cases:

• Live / Background Location when the employee is:

🚫 Location tracking is automatically stopped after Clock-Out.

c) Background Location Usage

This app uses background location access to continuously collect location data while the employee is working in the field.

Background location is used only for:

📌 We do not track location outside working hours.

d) Device Information

• Battery percentage (to understand tracking quality)

3. Live Location Tracking Disclosure (Play Store Requirement)

This app actively tracks live location of employees during working hours when assigned to field duties.

✔ Location tracking is mandatory for field employees

✔ Tracking stops automatically after work completion

✔ No tracking happens when the employee is off duty
