Trinity English exams focus on integrated communicative language skills that people of all ages and backgrounds need to thrive in today’s interconnected world.
Our range of qualifications covers every stage of learning, from beginner to advanced. We offer two speaking assessments and four skill tests: reading, writing, speaking, and listening, along with awards for young learners.
The GESE (Graded Examinations in Spoken English) is an exam that assesses students’ speaking and listening skills in English. It is designed to measure the ability to communicate effectively in everyday situations.
Levels: Ranges from Beginner (A1) to Proficiency (C2), aligned with the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
Focus: Oral skills, as it takes the form of a face-to-face interview with an examiner. This exam emphasizes the student’s ability to hold a conversation in English.
