Quality instruction and effective classroom management are both critical components of a classroom that runs effectively. Bellow I have attached my completed STEP assignment. In it I have created a week-long unit that includes school and classroom demographics, standard-aligned learning targets, pre and post assessments, differentiated learning activities for all learners, and reflections on teaching and learning.
