Step 2
Download and login to Microsoft Teams
Your FOM will add you to various Chats, Teams, and Channels in the near future.
To log in, you'll use your @my2020companies.com email address and password.
Check Teams once you have arrived for your shift and throughout your shift.
Participate in the Teams conversations, provide feedback, ask questions, post about sales.
Post End of Day Quick Connects if asked by your Samsung Partner
Provide feedback that can help your peers
Think about how all posts may be perceived by those reading
Keep it professional - No profanity, hostile comments, and/or inappropriate images.
Check Teams or respond when you are not scheduled in-store. All work must be completed on the clock.
Post in Teams when you are not on the clock, this includes your meal break.
Use the chats for non-work-related items, do not clutter with gifs, non-work images, or chat unrelated to work.
Add persons not directly related to the Brand Ambassador program.
Request responses from those who are not on the clock.

Contact your FOM ASAP with the request
Do NOT reply without confirmation from your FOM to submit for compensation

Workday Login Guide
Check your mailing address for accuracy. This is where we will send your Samsung branded polo and name badge.
Your name badge will arrive separately from your polo uniform.
Confirm your Direct Deposit or Paycard is correct to ensure you are paid correctly and timely.
WorkDay can be used to view your paystubs, W4 information, etc.
In your @my2020companies.com email inbox, locate the "Finish Resetting Your Salesforce Password" email from support@salesforce.com
This email contains a link to set your Salesforce password.
If you have trouble locating the email, check your spam/junk folder, then alert your Onboarding Specialist or FOM ASAP if you are unable to locate it.
Confirm access to Salesforce: The link provided within the “Finish Resetting Your Salesforce Password” email is time-sensitive and expires within 12 hours. Please alert your Onboarding Specialist or FOM if your link is expired so a new one can be sent as needed.
Download and install the Salesforce Authenticator app from your mobile app store.
Click Open to open the Salesforce Authenticator app.
Click Add an Account button
The app displays a 2-word phrase.
With the app open on your phone, open the salesforce website and login to your account on either a Desktop/Laptop computer, or your mobile Chrome browser with "Desktop View" enabled.
Enter the 2-word phrase from Salesforce Authenticator app and then click the Connect button on your computer/browser.
Check the Salesforce Authenticator app.
Click on the Connect button on to connect your account.
You’ll be automatically redirected to your Salesforce account’s main page.
You will now be able to use the Salesforce app going forward
Enter username and password in the Salesforce App to log in to your Salesforce account.
In the Salesforce Authenticator app, click the Approve button
You’ll be automatically redirected to your Salesforce account’s main page.
Have your “Welcome to 2020 Companies | User ID's & Temporary Passwords” email that you received readily available.
Scroll down in that email to the section labeled “Amplify” to see your username and temporary password.
In your @my2020companies.com email inbox, locate the "Best Buy Vendor Account Invitation" email from VendorIdentitySupport@bestbuy.com
This email contains a link to request your Vendor ID and set your password.
If you have trouble locating the email, check your spam/junk folder, then alert your Onboarding Specialist or FOM ASAP if you are unable to locate it.
SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST FORM: Follow the link in the Vendor Invitation email to go to the Vendor Identity Registration Form. Provide information only in the categories noted by a red asterisk*.
Once information is provided (Name, new password), select SUBMIT to complete.
You will receive your Vendor ID in your work email address inbox within 15 minutes after submitting the form.
Copy and Save your Vendor ID. This will be your username for all Best Buy Systems.
DO NOT click on the links provided in this email. Instead, proceed to Step 8 below.
Once you receive your VID, proceed to the link below.
User your new Vendor ID and Password to login!
Once Logged in you will need to request access to your courses. Use the steps below to request course access.
