Notes: He was siren royalty and his sea country thing killed a lot of Umi people (Eiko doesn't like him) he was not doing that btw he was like... a kid. When he was a teen his tail got severed in some shark accident (the shark said sorry) and their parents gave them his magic tail  part that makes it so their tail can work normally. and then he got caught by Veronica's Crew and Eiko doesn't like him soooo... slavery. He gets sold to Asherah/Arthur's parents. He's there, Arthur sees him, feels bad and when he transforms to have legs... he got no legs. Arthur gives him prosthetics, they relation, and then they dip. The take a space ship to the space government and one of the government people is like "bro people want you. We'll let you stay if you can pay your worth." and that's what he does. He still keeps his eyes hidden just in case though.
