Vendors/Crafters

If you would like to be a vendor at the fair, please review the fair vendor application or if you are a non-profit, please review the non-profit application. 

Please note - Applications and Fees must be returned by May 1, 2025. Returning vendors have priority over spaces if their application and fee are received by April 1, 2025After that, the availability of space will be on a “first- received basis.” Once all spaces have been assigned, we will start a waiting list. Your cancelled check will serve as your receipt. Space location and further set-up information will be provided in mid July.

   

Date: The last Saturday in July from 9am – 3pm

Space Size: 15’ x 15’  Number of Spaces: 85   History: This is the 73rd Annual Hebron Church Fair 

Vendor Fee: $75 per site  (see link above for vendor letter and application) 

Non-profit Fee: $50 per site (see link above for non-profit letter and application) - there are limited non-profit spaces available. 

Estimated Attendance: Although we don't have an exact count, the fair draws thousands of potential customers.

Juried? No

Registration Deadline: May 1, 2025 (April 1, 2025 for returning vendors who want to guarantee a space).
