Donating

If you would like to donate an item to the fair, please review this list for donation information. The church members appreciate all the support local businesses, community members and volunteers provide each year to make this event a huge success. Beginning June 1 the church will start accepting donations for the white elephant table unless other arrangements are made through the church office.

White Elephant items may be delivered directly to Dian West’s home at 17 Brookside Lane as of June 1. Rummage (clothing and textiles), auction items, books, puzzles and games will be accepted directly at the church starting July 1. To make other arrangements, or for pick-up of large items, call the church office.

Donations, unless other arrangements have been made, will be accepted up until the Wednesday before the fair to allow sufficient time for volunteers to organize and sort items.
