Please note that while the keepsake packages themselves are FREE, there is a small shipping fee and One keepsake package per household.

How to Request a Keepsake Package?
Requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Package Includes: Keepsake Bracelete & Personalized Print if selected, plus a few additional items if you choose and resources from our partners. (ONE PER HOUSEHOLD) If you have multiple losses, then we can add their names or initials together onto one bracelet. Each baby will get their own personalized print dedicated to them unless specified otherwise.
Simply fill out our Keepsake Package Request Form. Once the shipping fee has been covered, your order will then be marked as 'Paid' on our site. Once your order is up next, you will receive an email that your order is in progress; then wait for an email update regarding the next status of your keepsake request. (Shipped or Ready for Pickup)
Shipping & Pickup Details
Shipping: A one-time shipping fee applies to cover the cost of getting your keepsake safely delivered directly to your door. We cannot proceed with your order until the shipping fee is sent.
Local Porch Pickup:
Local porch pickup is FREE for families who are in the Council Bluffs, Omaha, and surrounding areas. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup with our address. We are in Council Bluffs.
