Bracelet Care & Replacement Policy
Please read this policy before wearing your memorial bracelet.
At Heavenly’s Friendship Promise, every memorial bracelet is handmade with care and gifted free of charge to families experiencing child loss. Because each bracelet is made with delicate materials, proper care is important to help preserve it as a meaningful keepsake.
About Your Bracelet
Your memorial bracelet is handmade using glass beads, seed beads, elastic, and other delicate jewelry-making materials.
There is no charge for the bracelet itself. For bracelets that are mailed, the recipient is responsible only for the cost of shipping. Local pickup is completely free.
Because our bracelets are handmade, slight variations in beads, colors, charms, and materials may occur from one bracelet to another.
To help your bracelet last as long as possible, we strongly recommend:
* Remove your bracelet before showering, bathing, or swimming.
* Remove your bracelet before sleeping or exercising.
* Avoid pulling, stretching, or tugging on your bracelet.
* Be mindful of clothing, purses, bags, door handles, and other objects that may snag or catch the bracelet.
* Avoid exposing your bracelet to harsh chemicals, lotions, perfumes, or other substances that may damage the materials.
* Store your bracelet somewhere safe when you are not wearing it.
Although we take great care when creating each bracelet, handmade jewelry made with delicate materials can occasionally break or become damaged through normal wear.
30-Day Replacement Policy
If your bracelet breaks within 30 days of the date it was delivered or picked up, please use the button at the bottom to contact Heavenly’s Friendship Promise.
We will provide one complimentary replacement bracelet during this 30-day replacement period.
When requesting a replacement, please provide a photo of the damaged bracelet. This allows us to document the issue and better understand how the bracelet was damaged so we can continue improving the quality and durability of our keepsakes.
The first replacement bracelet provided under this policy is free of charge. Shipping will apply if the replacement must be mailed.
Replacement Materials
Heavenly’s Friendship Promise is a donation-based nonprofit organization. Our bracelet supplies are made possible through donations and funds available to our organization.
Because our inventory changes, we cannot guarantee that the exact beads, colors, charms, or other materials used in your original bracelet will still be available when a replacement is requested.
Replacement bracelets may therefore differ slightly from the original bracelet. We will always make every reasonable effort to create a replacement that is as similar and meaningful as possible using the materials available to us at the time.
Additional Replacements
The 30-day policy provides one complimentary replacement per bracelet. After that replacement has been provided, additional remakes may be available for a fee to help cover the cost of materials and postage.
As a nonprofit organization, we are unable to provide unlimited free replacements. Every bracelet we create is made possible through donations and the generosity of those who support our mission.
