How to prepare for an online Hypnosis session
Confidentiality
Anything discussed during your RTT session is entirely confidential. The sessions are not recorded. The only recording is an audio of your personalised transformational recording towards the end of your session. Your Specialist will take notes during your session, which are transferred to a secure electronic platform. The only time your therapist would discuss your session is if they had reason to believe that a child or vulnerable adult was at risk.
1. Expect to feel relaxed, not hypnotized.
When in Hypnosis Don’t expect to feel Hypnotised, it is a natural state. Many people think that there is something about hypnosis which is markedly different from their “normal” state of consciousness. A light trance / hypnotic state will likely feel no different from relaxation. In fact, you will be more aware in hypnosis. There is no right or wrong way to experience hypnosis. You don’t go anywhere and many people don’t realise they are in hypnosis until they come out of it.
2. Find a quiet room and no kids, pets or other things bother you, you feel safe and comfortable.
3. Plug the power of the computer and make sure the signal is well.
4. Turn off all the alerts on cellphone and computer.
If you have a definite appointment, let your therapist know, so she can manage the time well.
5. Find a comfortable place to sit or rest.
If sitting, with head rest is best. Rest in bed is also good.
Any suggestions are taken if you feel like it or it is in your interest to do so. Hypnosis only work within the internal values and beliefs in which we are actively trying to change

Whenever tears flow, healing begins.

( Give like 1 to 2 minutes and continue the session.) In case you can't get back to the zoom session, just place a call to therapist is also workable. It doesn't happens often, and it is okay.
9. Feel free to let the therapist know anything you want to add to the personalized recording in the beginning of the session.
See, sense, feel, what your world will be like, how you would feel.
