What does being in hypnosis (RTT) feel like?

The sensation of being in hypnosis is different for everyone. Hypnotic state is a natural state, it is just like before you go to sleep and you haven't fall asleep yet, it is a comfortable and relaxed state (you might have heard of alpha/Theta brainwave or flow). You are in a hypnotic state when you are daydreaming or when you are so focused on one thing that you ignore your surroundings or watching TV or when you driving. One thing to remember is that DO NOT expect to be “hypnotized”. Because most of people have the wrong perception that being hypnotized equals “losing control/awareness”, or they get ideas from movie or stage hypnosis, which is totally different and far from the truth!

It doesn't matter how deep you go into hypnosis. Your subconscious mind is in charge how much it want to open up.

如果我在催眠状态中"会被卡住吗"?
It is IMPOSSIBLE to get stuck in hypnosis. You are always in control and aware of your surroundings. You can talk, think and move under hypnosis. The only “stuck” situation is that you are too relaxed that you fall asleep. Even then, you will wake up just like every other time.
在催眠状态中"卡住"是不可能的。你始终拥有控制权,并能感觉到周围环境。你可以在催眠状态下说话、思考和移动。唯一可能发生的情况是你太放松以至于入睡。即便如此,你也会像往常一样很快醒来。
RTT/催眠疗法可以在线上进行吗?
Yes! I have done many hypnotherapy sessions on Zoom / Google Meet/ Voov/ Whatapp. They are as effective as in-person hypnotherapy. One of the key factors of successful therapy is relaxation / comfort. People usually feel more relaxed and comfortable at home.

RTT is an extremely effective method, most issues can be solved in 1-3 sessions. Long-term problems that involve with deep-rooted traumas require more than 3 sessions. I have a general guideline for different issues, but ultimately it really depends on your specific situation. Aside from the severity of problems, your commitment and receptivity to change is extremely important!

There are three types of changes. The first one is immediate. The second one is incremental change where you notice gradual progress toward your goal over time. The third one is retroactive where you do not see change immediately, but one day when you look back you notice remarkable change!! We all want the first one, but as long as you are committed to change, you will see improvement! Trust and allow God / Universe to work its miracle on you!

谁不应该参加RTT疗程?
Anyone with epilepsy or psychosis (schizophrenia, etc.) should not come to an RTT session.
任何患有癫痫或精神病(精神分裂症等)的人都不应参加RTT疗程。
You don't need to expect to be hypnotized, It is a natural process. It is the same state before you fall asleep. Just follow the process and trust the process. One thing to remember is that DO NOT expect to be “hypnotized”. Actually, you're not afraid of being hypnotized, because hypnosis itself is a natural process that you experience several times a day. What you're really afraid of is the feeling of losing control, which is rooted in issues of security. If you really feel uncomfortable, you can first participate in my counseling sessions to experience some changes. However, for deeper transformations, hypnosis is more effective.

Not necessarily, because sometimes the brain will give you an Metaphor. While most of what you see are past events, but sometimes it is not. Especially for events from infancy, the images might not be real scenes, but rather bodily sensations or representative images.
