The International Symposium on Highly Efficient Accelerators and Reconfigurable Technologies (HEART) is a forum to present and discuss new research on computing systems utilizing acceleration technology. The main theme of HEART is achieving high efficiency with accelerators, which is of utmost importance across a broad spectrum of computing systems. In the high-performance computing and data center domains, high efficiency primarily relates to performance. At the same time, in the mobile and IoT space, research communities think about accelerators more from a power/energy perspective.
The 15th HEART symposium will take place in person on May 26-28, 2025, at Kumamoto Citizen Hall in Kumamoto, Japan.
The conference has ended successfully thanks to your support!

IBEX provides FPGA-based products for high-end markets such as broadcasting equipment and professional cameras, as well as innovative solutions to accelerate AI applications and optimize computing resources. The IPAC-1000 was developed by IBEX using Altera's Agilex 7M FPGA and Open FPGA Stack as the platform. With these features, IPAC-1000 not only implements IBEX's advanced video processing, but also provides flexible adaptation to HPC, Quantum Computing, and High Speed Networks.
HPC Systems provides full stacks of high performance computing (HPC) solutions for scientific R&D in research institutes (government labs and universities) and corporate R&D centers.
Our HPC solutions deal with:
Software of scientific fields such as computational chemistry and materials informatics, involving applications from software vendors & developers, and originally developed products
Software adjustments and optimizations in computational chemistry, as well as consultations and technical supports
Science software as a service (SaaS) on cloud systems
Full-stack system integration (SI) services for small to large scale HPC and AI cluster environments covering science applications, consulting, designing, construction, and operation
