Reporting Forms - How to submit your data
All DSA's are entered via the corresponding Google Reporting Forms. Reporting forms should be submitted in real-time for EACH participants' response. Remember, collecting and reporting data is a requirement of your AmeriCorps service term and is the main component used to verify the distribution of your living stipend.
For each reporting form you'll enter your sign-in sheets or surveys.
