I am a personal trainer certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine working in the Health and Fitness industry for over 20 years. My mission is to help clients of all ages MOVE with strength and grace. As we age, we gain wisdom, but we do not always gain strength. My focus with each of my clients is to assess where you are and create an individualized program that will help you gain mobility, flexibility, strength and balance.
For years I struggled with injury and chronic pain and I’ve learned how to MOVE through it to ensure I’m as mobile, flexible, and strong as I can be. I know you can MOVE through your own barriers and find peace and a stronger body.
For me, strengthening the body also means nourishing the soul. We are what we eat, so we can address eating habits and healthy cooking tips as well.
