Welcome to HealthyGO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HealthyGO mobile application ("App"), developed and operated by Kello Solutions ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading or using HealthyGO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

HealthyGO is designed to help users develop healthier daily habits by tracking meals, hydration, activity, and providing personalized wellness recommendations.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Health Disclaimer

HealthyGO is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions regarding your health, nutrition, exercise, or medical treatment.

Do not ignore professional medical advice because of information provided by the App.

Personal Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information, including your age, height, weight, and health goals, to help generate personalized recommendations.

The quality of recommendations depends on the accuracy of the information you provide.

Apple Health Integration

If you choose to connect Apple Health, HealthyGO will access only the health information you explicitly authorize.

You may revoke Health access at any time through your device settings.

Camera and Meal Recognition

HealthyGO allows you to scan meals using your device's camera to estimate nutritional information.

Meal recognition and nutritional estimates are generated automatically and may not always be completely accurate. Users should independently verify nutritional information when precise dietary tracking is required.

AI Recommendations

HealthyGO may generate personalized health insights and wellness suggestions based on your activity, nutrition, hydration, and other information you provide.

These recommendations are general wellness suggestions only and should not be considered medical advice.

Data Storage

Your data is primarily stored locally on your device unless future optional cloud features are introduced.

You may delete all stored app data at any time through the Settings section.

Intellectual Property

HealthyGO, including its design, graphics, logos, text, software, and other content, is the property of Kello Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the App without prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the App.

• Reverse engineer or modify the App.

• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality.

Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that HealthyGO will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Features may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kello Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Your use of HealthyGO is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kello Solutions from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when published within the App or otherwise made available to users.

Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Kello Solutions operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
