HealthyGO ("the App") is developed and operated by Kello Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use HealthyGO.

Information We Collect

HealthyGO may collect the following information that you voluntarily provide or allow access to:

• Name (optional)

• Age

• Gender

• Height

• Weight

• Health goals

• Food and meal logs

• Water intake

• Daily healthy task progress

• Activity data (such as steps, active calories, and distance) through Apple Health, if permission is granted.

The App only accesses Apple Health data after you explicitly authorize access through your device settings.

Apple Health Data

If you choose to connect Apple Health, HealthyGO may read health information such as:

• Step count

• Active energy burned

• Walking distance

• Other health metrics you explicitly authorize

Apple Health data is used solely to provide personalized health insights, daily recommendations, and progress tracking.

We do not sell, share, or use Apple Health data for advertising or marketing purposes.

Camera Access

HealthyGO may request access to your device camera so you can scan and analyze meals.

Meal photos are processed to estimate nutritional information and provide health insights. Photos are not shared with third parties unless you explicitly choose to do so.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Calculate personalized health goals

• Provide daily health recommendations

• Track meals and hydration

• Monitor activity progress

• Display personalized healthy tasks

• Improve your overall app experience

Data Storage

Your personal information is primarily stored locally on your device.

If optional cloud synchronization is introduced in future versions, you will be informed before any data is uploaded.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We may share information only:

• When required by applicable law.

• To protect our legal rights.

• With your explicit consent.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. While we strive to protect your data, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices

You can:

• Edit your personal information.

• Delete your food history.

• Disconnect Apple Health.

• Delete all app data at any time using the Delete All Data option within the Settings screen.

Deleting your data permanently removes your locally stored information from the device.

Children's Privacy

HealthyGO is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Third-Party Services

HealthyGO may integrate with Apple Health and other platform services that are governed by their own privacy policies.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will become effective when the updated version is published within the App.
