Welcome to Healthy Eating Ways! The site is all about figuring out the best ways to eat healthily and to share how I have put the ideas and theories into practice to improve my own health.
I'm Walt Leeson and I've been a huge fan of the new ways of thinking that has caused a whole bunch of doctors and medical experts to start making videos explaining the right ways to eat for good health. I have taken on board a lot of what these experts are saying about dieting and put it into practice in my own life.
Of course, everyone is different and has their own tastes and preferences. Mine differ from yours and other people too, of course. So my mission here is not to try and shove my ideas down anyone's throat or say "You have to do this or that."
I'm simply sharing what I do, what I eat and how I eat it (and when).
If you think it might suit you to try something similar, then great!
If not, that's great too. We each need to find our own way in life. I like to think I'm eating myself through my life as healthfully as I can.
My aim is to keep myself relatively slim, healthy and young-looking while being strong enough to fight off illnesses and avoid many of the modern, food-induced medical conditions that seem to be wreaking havoc in modern western society. I like to think it's a battle I'm winning!
