Well Eating Well Balanced Meals Plan

It’s interesting that “well eating” is such a popular search term for people 

wanting well balanced meals. However, an eating well meal plan is relevant to the individual - it depends on the interpretation of that individual’s idea of healthy eating. Some might consider a combination of flesh foods and vegetables to be a well balanced meal. Others might think a vegan diet is the answer.


Perhaps there has to be some middle ground where everyone is satisfied. Having said that, if we consider the human anatomy, we find that the intestinal tract is six to twelve times the body length, the same as herbivores, whereas carnivore animals have intestinal tracts half that length. This suggests that humans were intended to be herbivores and we’ve strayed from that diet over the generations. 


Perhaps that’s why we have so much disease in our society, particularly bowel cancer, where flesh foods are trapped in the intestines? Having said that, some people find the idea of going vegetarian too hard to consider. That’s where some compromise might be needed for those people to combine traditional recipes with an eating well meal plan.
