•CANCELLATIONS

Please allow at least 24hrs notice in advance of your scheduled appointment when cancelling an appointment, otherwise the full session may still be charged. If you have paid for a course of treatments, you must notify of the cancellation 24hrs in advance to rebook your session for an alternative date otherwise the session will be ''lost''.

It is important that clients arrive promptly and, even if clients arrive late, sessions will need to finish when scheduled.

•Home visits available for clients unable to travel (extra travel charge is calculated and will be added based on distance).
