We believe the Scriptures are the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.
The Bible is our final rule for faith, doctrine, and life.
We believe in one God who exists eternally in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
God is Creator, Redeemer, and Sustainer of all things.
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man.
He lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, and ascended to heaven.
He will return again in power and glory.
Sin
We believe that sin is the problem facing the human race, that in Adam all have sinned.
We believe that there will be a day of judgment for sin, and that all have come short of the glory of God
We believe salvation from sin is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, and his blood.
We are saved not by works, but by believing the gospel and receiving Christ.
Eternal life
We believe the promise of eternal life to all who repent and believe the gospel of Jesus Christ.
We believe in heaven, the city of God, the New Jerusalem, and that those who are saved will experience the love of God forever.
We believe the Holy Spirit is with every believer at salvation.
He comforts, teaches, convicts, guides, and empowers the Christian life.
We believe the baptism in the Holy Spirit is a distinct experience from salvation.
It is given for power, boldness, and deeper spiritual sensitivity.
We believe the initial physical evidence of Spirit baptism is speaking in tongues.
We believe the gifts of the Spirit listed in 1 Corinthians 12 are active today.
These gifts are given for the edification of the church and the advancement of the gospel.
We believe the church is the body of Christ, called to worship, serve, and proclaim the gospel.
Every believer has a place, purpose, and calling within the church.
We believe physical, spiritual, and emotional healing is provided in the atonement of Christ.
God still heals today through prayer, faith, and the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
We believe water baptism is an outward testimony of an inward transformation. It is a declaration of faith in Christ. We baptize by full immersion in water.
Communion is a remembrance of Christ’s blood and body sacrifice and a proclamation of His return
We believe Jesus will come back and translate those who are looking for him, catching them up into the clouds to meet Jesus, then going on to heaven to be with him forever, and to serve God with joy for all eternity.
We look for the blessed hope of His appearing.
