Diana’s journey is a story of passion, perseverance, and purpose. Before becoming a Personal chef, Diana served for 12 years as a police officer in Philadelphia. While balancing the demands of her law enforcement career, she pursued her Master’s degree in Psychology, focusing on trauma and its profound impact on the human experience. It was during this time that she discovered the critical role food plays in recovery and overall well-being.
Diana’s culinary career has been nothing short of extraordinary. She made her debut on Food Network’s Chopped, where she won on her first appearance. Later, she competed on Cutthroat Kitchen and eventually returned to Chopped for their prestigious tournament, earning the title of Ultimate Grand Chopped Champion. She has also graced the screens of Guy’s Grocery Games and Bong Appétit on Vice TV, and her talents have been featured in Food Network Magazine, Philadelphia Magazine, Row Home Magazine, and even a Buick commercial.
Her passion for food goes beyond the plate. Diana earned her Ayurvedic Nutrition Coaching Certificate, which deepened her understanding of the healing properties of spices and their transformative effects on the body. She combines this knowledge with her psychology background to emphasize how food can be a vital part of a balanced and healthy life.
From Philadelphia to New York City to Miami, Diana has honed her craft, blending her expertise in the kitchen with her academic insights to create a truly holistic approach to food and wellness. Her mission is to show how mindful choices in the kitchen can support healing and empower individuals to live healthier, more balanced lives.
Diana isn’t just serving meals—she’s creating a lifestyle, one that celebrates the connection between food, health, and wellness.
