It's an honor to have you here

Here, I'm hoping, is a place for you to find some rest, some time for yourself and some space to Be. My intention is that the bodywork you get to receive in and participate in with me creates more possibilities for you to be in your body. That the work is rooted in care, is adaptive to you as a constantly changing being and sways toward whatever your needs are in the moment (ease of pain, quietude, connection, change, release, etc.)

It is also important to note that my work cannot be separated from my experience & existence as a Black mixed race, non-binary Queer person, a community member and a Radical. We must recognize that patriarchy, transphobia, fat phobia, ableism, anti-Blackness and capitalism (to name only a few) affect our bodies and our ability to rest - a crucial precursor to healing. I do my best to hold the complex truth and realities of these structures as well as you in my hands.  Your healing and mine are undeniably interwoven and I hope that our work together not only transforms your body, but also your mind and relationships; that in and through your rest you're able to give your gifts back to your community and that we are able to be resources to and for each other.
