Anna Baranowska-Rataj, Umeå University contributed to a policy event titled "Conversations between Research and Policy. An Interactive Workshop on Work, Family and Social Policy" by presenting an overview of results from HEALFAM and participating in discussions with policymakers. Workshop was organised together with researchers from LIVES Centre in Lausanne and Bern University of Applied Sciences on 21 October 2022.

Anna Baranowska-Rataj, Umeå University has participated in the BUNAVIA Workshop at the Jacobs Centre at the University of Zurich in 09.2021 to present the goals of HEALFAM and develop joint research plans based on data from BUNAVIA study.
Anna Baranowska-Rataj, Umeå University has participated in the Visiting Scholars Invitation Programme (VIP) at the LIVES Centre at the University of Lausanne in 03-05.2021. This visit resulted in a joint study contributing to both HEALFAM and WELLWAYS project led by prof. Laura Bernardi. Anna will continue her involvement at the LIVES Centre as a visiting professor in order to develop further collaborations.
Sara Kalucza, Umeå University has given a workshop in Sequence Analysis for researchers interested in labor market insecurity, family and health dynamics. Giulia Tattarini, University of Potsdam, had a working meeting with HEALFAM team in Umeå in 01.2020. During her research stay, Giulia gave a seminar "The moderating role of gender, family and welfare regimes in the relationship between unemployment and self-perceived health". Her working meeting with HEALFAM team was kindly supported by the CEDAR Visiting Guest Researcher programme.
Aniko Biro from the Centre for Economic and Regional Studies in Budapest, visited HEALFAM team in Umeå 03.2020. Aniko gave a talk on the consequences of job losses for health expenditures based on the results from her project the prestigious "Momentum" grant of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. Her working meeting with HEALFAM team was supported by the CEDAR Visiting Guest Researcher programme.
Jonas Voßemer, Umeå University organized the ECSR funded workshop “Labor Market Insecurity and Health of Family Members” in Bamberg, Germany, 11.2019. The workshop counted 14 participants from six universities across Europe and a total of seven presentations were given. Its main purpose was to advance international collaborations and to lay the foundation for a research network of researchers interested in the interplay of labor markets, families, and health.
