Most of the parts to build the assembly are brought out parts and of course, the electronic equipment, therefore the assembly of the robot will be easy and is a one-person job.

Special care has been taken for the convenience in the use of the robot keeping in mind the ergonomics of a human body, the control unit is placed underneath the platform and is easy to draw and repair, etc.

Most of the assembly is built on PVC which is not susceptible to environmental corrosion such as the weathering effects of rusting and pitting ensuring a long & reliable robot lifecycle.

Environmental Factor

PVC waste like other materials can be managed in three ways:

• Recycling

• Disposal with energy recovery(incineration)

• Landfill

Moreover, steel is 100 percent recyclable therefore negative contribution to the environment is minimal.
